You can renew your subscription license directly with TEKLYNX here or you can work with your Value-Added Reseller to order your renewal.
After your order is processed it should automatically register the added days once the license checks in with the licensing server, normally within 24 hours of renewal. However, if your license is already expired, you will need to deactivate and reactivate your license as the software will not check in with the licensing server once it hits zero days.
For a single user license, you will need to access your product's license manager and choose the option to deactivate the license. Once you have successfully deactivated the license, you can then activate the license by launching the software and choosing the activate option. If you have a network license, you will need to access the computer/server that has the Network Licensing Utilities on it. On the Network Toolbar you will need to go to the License Upgrade and deactivate your license. Then once the license has successfully deactivated, you can launch the license service controller, activate your license, and start your license service.
