You can renew your subscription license directly with TEKLYNX here, or work with your Value-Added Reseller to complete your renewal.
Follow the steps below to deactivate and reactivate an expired license after it has been renewed.
In Windows 10 and 11, click the Start menu and search for TEKLYNX. Open the TEKLYNX [Product/Network License Utility] folder.
Deactivate and Reactivate a Renewed License
1. Open the Network Toolbar and click License Upgrade.
2. Click Deactivate software license.
3. Click OK to confirm deactivation.
4. Click Finish to complete the deactivation.
5. Reopen the Network Toolbar and click License Upgrade.
6. Click Activate.
7. Enter your Serial Number and Password, then click Next.
8. Enter your company information, then click Next.
9. When the activation is successful, click Finish.
