Unexpected errors may occur if your antivirus software is blocking TEKLYNX applications from performing normal operations. Follow the steps below to restore functionality and prevent further issues.

1. Add the TEKLYNX software to your antivirus whitelist (allow list).

NOTE: The process for whitelisting varies depending on your antivirus software. Refer to your antivirus documentation for exact steps.

2. Whitelist the following folders based on your product:

LABEL MATRIX:
C:\Program Files (x86)\LABEL MATRIX 20XX
C:\ProgramData\Tki

LABELVIEW / CODESOFT:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx
C:\ProgramData\Teklynx

3. Restore any TEKLYNX-related files from your antivirus quarantine.

NOTE: Whitelisting does not automatically restore previously blocked files. You must manually restore them from quarantine. Research how to do this for your antivirus.
