When attempting to activate a license or launch the software after activation, you may receive a message stating that the license requires internet access—even if the workstation is already connected.

You can test connectivity by navigating to License Manager > Settings > Test.

1. Ensure that access to www.braton.net is allowed on your network.
2. Verify that ports 80 and 443 are open in your firewall or proxy configuration.
3. If using a proxy, ensure that SSL requests and POST requests are authorized.

NOTE: Software Key Protection does not support proxies that require authentication. If your environment uses an authenticated proxy, online activation will not work. A possible workaround is to use a proxy management application or switch to offline activation.

IMPORTANT: TEKLYNX license servers are located in France. If your network uses geo-blocking, ensure this region is not restricted.

The activation servers use the following addresses:

  • 79.98.18.61 (primary) – www.braton.net
  • 217.167.48.8 (backup) – nspbackup.net
4. Check your antivirus software to ensure TEKLYNX applications are not being blocked.
