This error occurs when the software install file is not been fully downloaded from the TEKLYNX website. To resolve this, please re-download the file and attempt to re-install the software. If this issue persists due to a proxy server or firewall, you can contact TEKLYNX at 414-837-4800 and request that a physical disc be mailed to you.
