This issue typically occurs when the single user copy of the software is accessed through a Remote Desktop Protocol session (RDP).  The single user copy of the software cannot be accessed through an RDP session.  To resolve this issue, a connection method other than RDP must be used, or if RDP access is required, an upgrade to a Network license will be necessary.

The single-user license of the software is being accessed through an RDP session, which is not permitted.
