NOTE: Printer settings can only be changed directly through LABEL MATRIX if you're using a TEKLYNX extended driver, notated with the (X) before the driver name. See the following article for more information: How do I add a LABEL MATRIX print driver?
1. Navigate to File > Printer Setup.
2. Select an extended printer driver, signified by the (X) before the printer name. Click Setup.
3. Locate the Printer Mode in the Printer Settings. This is often on the Advanced tab.
4. Change the Print Mode to Direct Thermal. Click OK.
5. Click OK to exit the Printer Setup window.
