Online licenses require an internet connection connection in order to maintain activation.  In rare cases, certain environments may restrict communication between our software and our activation servers, which will cause the software will behave as if it does not have an internet connection when in reality it does. Though we cannot provide a specific solution since the issue is environmental in origin, common causes are firewall and antivirus software.
