This article explains how to renew a TEKLYNX subscription license, including online and offline subscription renewal behaviors, renewal timing requirements, and available renewal options through TEKLYNX or authorized resellers.
Renew a Subscription License
1. You can renew your subscription license directly through TEKLYNX at the following link:

Alternatively, you may contact your Value-Added Reseller to purchase a renewal.

2. Subscription renewals can be purchased any time within your subscription period.
To complete a renewal through a reseller, provide your software serial number.

3. Online Subscription Behavior
If you are using an Online Subscription:

- 365 days are added to the remaining subscription time.
- If the license has already expired or the days left need to be refreshed, you must deactivate and reactivate the license. Click here on how to do that.
4. Offline Subscription Behavior
If you are using an Offline Subscription:

- The license cannot be extended until there are 7 days or fewer remaining on the current subscription.
