If you're running into an issue where the software launches the splash screen and it crashes after, please follow the steps below.
1. Open your File Explorer and go to your C: drive.
2. The folder you are going to go to delete is in this path here: C:\Users\(YOUR USER)\AppData\Local\Teklynx_International
3. Delete all the contents in the folder Teklynx_International shown here.
