1. Click on Tools in the menu bar and then click on Configuration.

 

2. Click on the Default Folders tab.

In the User Settings File (User.INI), confirmed it is not C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\(Software version here). If it does proceed to Step 3. 

3. Click on the Browsing option. 

Change it to C:\ProgramData\Teklynx\(Software Version Here). Depending on what software you have, it can say LABELVIEW or CODESOFT; you can follow the path to confirm what yours says by opening your File Explorer and going into Program Data.
