While there is no known fix for this issue, in most cases a fresh installation of the software fixes it and/or running the application as an Administrator implicitly.
1. Deactivate then Uninstall your TEKLYNX Product from the Windows Control Panel.
2. Search for and delete all TKI and TEKLYNX folder located on the C:\ Drive.
3. Download the demo for your product from http://www.teklynx.com.
NOTE: The latest version will be located under the products page for that software. Older versions can be found under All available installation files for TEKLYNX software. For our legacy installation files, contact Customer Support)
4. After the download has finished. Right click and go to Properties, if an Unblock button is present, click on the button to unblock.
5. Once again, right click on the installer file and click Run As or Run as Administrator.
6. Finish the installation process, and then reactivate your product.
7. Launch the LABELVIEW Converter and try again.
