If you are having an issue loading your printer drivers through the SENTINEL process window, these are two ways to potentially resolve it. Please see below

1. Navigate to your Spool folder under "C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS"

2. Clear out any jobs that are stuck by deleting them.
3. Navigate to your Temp folder under "C:\Windows\Temp"

4. If there are many files located in this directory, due to a system clean up not performing or having not been configured, this can cause issues with the SENTINEL printer drivers. As this is the folder that is temporarily opened to print and to load the printer driver table in SENTINEL. Clear out and delete any files located in this directory.

5. Once you have cleared out the files within the Temp folder, navigate back to your SENTINEL manager to see the results. You should now be able to see your table of printer drivers load properly.

6. If the table is still loading slowly, please open your Powershell application within Windows and use this command below. This is the same way that SENTINEL gets the printer list so if the Powershell script takes a long time to run, you can use this to help find the Windows device that is potentially problematic.
