Product: LABEL MATRIX

Version: All Versions

Depending on different variable configurations, you may need to click the Quit button to signal to LABEL MATRIX that you have finished your printing session.

1. When you create a Keyboard Input field (to prompt you for data before printing), you can control when you are prompted to enter data: for each label printed, for each set of duplicates to be printed, or one time only.

2. If you want printing to begin immediately rather than having to click the Quit button, change all Keyboard Input fields to Once for the Ask When dropdown box. To access this, click File and go to Page Setup.

3. Go to the Keyboard tab. Highlight the variable, click on Properties.

4. On the next window click on Advanced.

5. Make sure that the Ask When drop down is set to Once. Repeat this process for all Keyboard Input variables.

6. If you are using data from a database, unless you are using Sequential Access, you will need to click Print Labels for each label and then click Quit when you are finished. Depending on your needs, you can avoid this by setting up your database to use Sequential access, and then choosing Grid and selecting Data Grid.

7. Highlight the desired record (you can click one record and SHIFT+click subsequent records). When you choose File, Print, you will see Selected as the number of items to print.
