1. Launch the Network Toolbar by going to Start choosing All Programs.
NOTE: The Network Toolbar may be under it's own application or under inside a folder, The folder for older versions may be called TEKLYNX Network Utilities, in newer versions the folder is TEKLYNX Network License Manager. Expand the folder and select Network Toolbar.
2. On the Network Toolbar, launch the License Service Controller.
3. Click on the button that looks like a wrench to launch the Settings window.
4. In this Window, you will see the box for increasing minutes of tolerance in case of network disconnection. Once updated click OK.
Make sure to remember to start the License Service Controller again before any workstation launches the software.
