1. Navigate to the following folder path "C:\ProgramData\Tki\LicenseManager".
2. Right Click the "TKDONGLE" folder and click on "Properties".
3. Select the "Sharing" Tab and click "Advanced Sharing...".
4. Select "Permissions".
5. Select "Add".
6. Type in "Everyone". Select "OK".
7. Make sure Full Control, Change and, Read are all checked. Then select "Apply". Then select "OK".
8. Select "Apply" and then "OK" on the next screen. Then select "Close".
