You can locate your Serial Number directly within the software or through the License Manager.

1. Open the software and click Help > About.

 

2. Locate the Serial Number under License Details.
The Serial Number will begin with:
  • NSP- (digital license)
  • MK- (USB hard key license)

NOTE: You can also launch the License Manager directly from the About window.

 

LICENSE MANAGER

1. Open the License Manager:
  • Go to Start > All Apps > [Your TEKLYNX Software] > License Manager
  • Or search for License Manager from the taskbar

 

2. Locate the Serial Number under Current License.

 

NOTE: If you cannot access the License Manager from the Start menu and the software does not launch, you can open it manually through File Explorer.

  • Navigate to the following location and run UpgradeWizard.exe:
  • LABELVIEW / CODESOFT: C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\[Your Software and Version]
  • LABEL MATRIX: C:\Program Files (x86)\LABEL MATRIX [Your Version]
