1. Click Help > About.

 

2. Locate the Serial Number under License Details. The Serial Number which should begin with NSP- (for a digital license) or MK- (for a USB hard key license). 

NOTE: You can launch the License Manager from the About window.

 

LICENSE MANAGER

1. Navigate to Start > All Apps > [Your TEKLYNX Software] > [Your TEKLYNX Software] License Manager. Alternatively, search for License Manager from the Taskbar.  

2. Locate the Serial Number under Current License. 

 

NOTE: If you are unable to locate the License Manager from the Start menu and are unable to launch the software, you can launch the License Manager through the File Explorer by browsing to the UpgradeWizard.exe

  • LABELVIEW/CODESOFT: C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\[Your Software and Version]
  • LABEL MATRIX: C:\Program Files (x86)\LABEL MATRIX [Your Version]
