This article explains how to save or print labels as PDF files in LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, and CODESOFT.
NOTE: A PDF printer must be installed on the workstation before labels can be saved or printed as PDF files.
LABELVIEW and CODESOFT - Save Labels as PDF
1. Open the label you want to save as a PDF. Go to File and select Print.
2. Select a PDF printer from the printer drop-down list, then click Print.
3. In the Save As window, update the file name and save location if needed, then click Save.
LABEL MATRIX - Save Labels as PDF
1. Open the label you want to save as a PDF. Go to File and select Print.
2. Select a PDF printer from the printer drop-down list, then click OK.
3. Update the save location and file name if needed, then click Save.
