This issue occurs when the setup of the label requires that each label must be sent to the printer individually.  Most often this is caused by incrementing numbers that are using TrueType fonts.  These fonts are sent as graphic information, and because graphics cannot be incremented, each label must be sent individually.  It would be recommended to try using an internal print driver through the CODESOFT/LABELVIEW software. Changing the font on the incrementing number to a printer resident font will typically allow the software to send the entire job as a single batch. Printer resident fonts can only be chosen when the internal CODESOFT/LABELVIEW driver is being used. For steps on how to add an internal driver click here.

With the internal driver selected in CODESOFT/LABELVIEW the option to enable Send Modified Data is another suggestion to try. Go to File and choose Select Printer. Make sure the internal driver is highlighted and then click the Settings button, upper left hand corner of the Select Printer box. The specific location of the Send Modified Data Only option will vary depending on the printer model.

Note: In some cases, the software must send information in a manner that will result in the print job displaying as 1 of 1 on the printer.  The recommendations made above are suggestions that can help resolve the issue; however, they cannot be guaranteed to work in all cases.
