An extension number (beginning with EXT) and password can only be entered within 7 days of the subscription's expiration. If there are more than 7 days remaining or the subscription has expired, the license will need to be deactivated and then activated again to update the remaining days.

 

1. If you receive this error, click Back to start.

2. Select Deactivate software license.

Note: If you already renewed your license with your reseller and if it has been processed by TEKLYNX, deactivating the software will refresh the license.

3. You will then receive this message. Select Finish to complete the deactivation.

4. Once that is completed, open the License Manager again and select Activate.

5. Enter your serial number and password for your license, and select Next.

6. Verify that your company information is correct, and select Next.

7. You will then receive this message:
