1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\CODESOFT XXXX (XXXX being the numbered version: 2012, 2015 etc.)  If using LABELVIEW insert LABELVIEW in place of CODESOFT in this path.

2. Delete the fontloader.ini file.

3. Launch LABELVIEW/CODESOFT.
