Version: All Versions

This article should be used as a guide for models of Epson printers which do not have a TEKLYNX embedded driver developed for it. Those models include: TM-C7500 and TM-C3400.
If you need to make any changes to the driver settings, you will need to have the CODESOFT or LABELVIEW software closed before you make those changes.

1. Install the Epson driver package. You can obtain the installation file from the Epson website, or it may have come with the printer.

2. Open the Epson driver Printing Preferences through the Windows Control Panel and ensure everything is configured for the label stock that you will be printing with.

NOTE: To define specific label stock types and information, click on the User Defined button like in the example below

3. In the User Defined Media Layout, you will want to define the size of your label stock you are printing with.

In the example, it is set up to print on a 4" x 6" label and there is a gap in between each label. Once you have finished defining the layout, you can save it to make it available in the TEKLYNX software.

4. Once you have everything configured in the Epson printer driver, open your software and go to File > Select Printer and select your Epson printer driver.

5. Go to File > Label/Page Setup and go to the Label tab. Define the size of your label stock.

6. Then, go to the Page tab and choose the name you gave your User Defined Layout from the drop down list.
