1. We will need to add an Advanced Counter either through the Data Sources pane on the right hand side, Select Advanced, right click and choose Add or by going to Data Sources, select Advanced and then select Add.
2. Give the Advanced Counter a Name and enter a default Value. (Where the counter should start)
3. Check the box for Restore After Printing. Then set the value the counter should restore to. Can be the same as the default value.
4. Go to the Counter tab. Check the Counter box. Verify the increment level, Min Value and Max Value. Click OK.
5. The Advanced counter can now be placed on the label. Go to the Data source pane and select the name of the advanced counter, right click and choose place. This can also be done by going to Data Source, selecting Advanced, selecting the Counter name and then choosing Place.
