These are the steps to remove any database connection established through the software using the Create/Edit Query.
 
1. Go to Tools tab and select the Administrator OLEDB.

2. Select the database connection that needs to be deleted and click Delete.

3. A prompt will appear verifying to delete the database connection. Click Yes. That connection will no longer appear in the options to choose from when connecting to a database.
