1. Go to File and select Printer Setup.
2. Click Add.
3. Click Next.
4. Select Windows Printer from the Manufacturer list. Then select the desired printer from the Printer list.
5. Click Finish.
6. The printer should now appear in the list of drivers to select and be highlighted. Click OK.
7. Go to File and select Label Properties.
8. Go to the Printer tab. The printer added should now show as the Default Printer.
