Most commonly this error occurs when a link to a database has become corrupted or has been changed (for example, from having multiple links to the same database, or from changing the location, name or permissions for the database).

To resolve this problem:

1. On the File menu, click Label Properties, and then click the Database tab.

2. Select your database and click the Reanalyze button.

The Reanalyze Database Wizard will appear.

3. Follow the instructions given on the wizard screens and verify that all the information defined is correct.
4. When you complete the wizard, click Finish.
5. Click OK to close the Label Properties dialog box and return to the label design screen.
6. Print a label.

If you continue to encounter the error message when trying to print, it is likely being caused by a memory allocation error. You can correct this by exiting all open programs and restarting the label design software.
