Product: LABEL MATRIX
Version: All Versions
Most commonly this error occurs when a link to a database has become corrupted or has been changed (for example, from having multiple links to the same database, or from changing the location, name, or permissions for the database).
Resolve Database Link Errors
1. On the File menu, click Label Properties, then select the Database tab.
2. Select your database and click the Reanalyze button.
The Reanalyze Database Wizard will appear.
3. Follow the instructions provided by the wizard and verify that all database information is correct.
4. When the wizard is complete, click Finish.
5. Click OK to close the Label Properties dialog box and return to the label design screen.
6. Print a label.
NOTE: If you continue to encounter the error message when printing, the issue is likely caused by a memory allocation error. Close all open programs and restart the label design software before trying again.
