If you are receiving a memory reference error when you attempt to launch your software, it is best to start with a reinstall. Completely uninstall the software from the computer first, then install the same version again.  If you do not have the installer file any longer, you can find many of our old installations on www.teklynx.com under the Support > Installation Files section.

If a reinstall of the software does not help, it is recommended to next reinstall your .NET installation to ensure there is no issue with this component.  In order to do this, you will need to refer to Microsoft's Download Center for both the download files and instructions for this reinstallation.
