1. Once the new label is set up for sizing the way you would like it to, go to File and select Insert.

2. Select the label file that contains the data sources that you are looking to copy. Click Open.

 

The label can now be placed onto the new label. Any of the existing fields that are not wanted will have to be removed manually. All of the data sources for the existing label will now show up in the Data Source pane. If those fields are going to pull information from a database connection, the database will need to be connected to the label.
