This article explains how to print labels or documents to PDF from LABELVIEW or CODESOFT using a PDF printer driver.
You must have a PDF printer driver installed on Windows before it will appear as an available printer in the software. Options include CutePDF, Bullzip, or the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer.
Print to PDF
1. Open the print window and select the General tab. Verify that the printer drop-down menu is set to the correct PDF printer driver.
2. When prompted by the PDF printer driver, choose the location where the PDF file will be saved.
3. After the PDF is created, browse to the selected save location and open the file as needed.
