Product: LABELVIEW, CODESOFT
Version: All Versions

Use the Rich Text Field object to create text containing superscript formatting in LABELVIEW or CODESOFT. This allows portions of the text, such as trademark symbols, exponents, or reference numbers, to appear as superscript while keeping the remaining text at its normal size.

Create a Rich Text Field with Superscript Text

1. Open the label where you want to add superscript text.
2. Select the Extended Objects icon from the left toolbar.

3. Select Rich Text Field.

4. Click on the label where you want to place the text field. When the Properties window opens, click Edit.

5. Enter the text that should appear in normal formatting. When you reach the characters that should be superscripted, click the Superscript button.

6. Type the superscript text. When you are finished, click the Superscript button again (or click Subscript) to return to normal text formatting.

7. Finish entering the remaining text, then click OK to close the Rich Text Editor.

8. Review or modify any remaining object properties, then click OK.

9. The completed Rich Text Field will appear on the label with the superscript formatting applied.
