1. On the Insert menu, click Paragraph, or click Add Paragraph on the Add Image toolbar.
2. From the Origin drop-down list, select the data origin appropriate for your text. Depending on the origin selected, different properties will appear.
3. If desired, change other paragraph properties such as font, color, position, and text wrapping.
4. When you have finished choosing properties for your paragraph, click OK to have the paragraph placed at the position you have specified, or click Place to place the paragraph using the mouse.
NOTE: If there are too many lines of text to fit in the paragraph area you defined, the lines outside the area will not be printed. To adjust the paragraph so all of the text fits, you can reduce the font size or increase the rectangular area size by clicking on the image handle and dragging it to make the area larger.
