​​​​​The RFID options in the CODESOFT Enterprise RFID software only become available when you are using a Native CODESOFT printer driver that supports the RFID functionality.

 

1. If you don't have an internal Native printer driver, the RFID option will be greyed out on the left-hand side as shown below


 

2. Once the correct driver is added and being used, you'll see that the RFID icon will no longer be greyed out.
