1. Go to Insert and select Text.

2. The Text Properties window opens. Set Origin to Keyboard Input.

3. The properties for the Keyboard Input will open. Make the Prompt: "Print Image(Y,N)?". Click OK.

4. Go to Insert and choose Picture.

5. Browse to the Image file you would like to add. Click OK. The click on Place and put the image on the label.

6. Right click on the image and select Properties.

7. On the General tab, select Conditional in the Image Status section. Click Set.

8. Click OK to this message.

9. The default Expression will display: If(GreaterThan(Len("hello"),3), "1", "0").

10. Modify the Expression to read: If(Equal(Keyboard 1, "Y"),”1”,”0”). Click OK
Note: In this expression we are stating that if the user enters Y for the Keyboard Value at the time of print, Then the image will print. If they do not enter Y, the image will not print.

11. Click OK once you return to the Image Properties page.

 

12. Now when you go to print there will be a prompt asking to enter the keyboard input.
