Windows Defender has recently been flagging LABEL MATRIX 2018 as a Trojan and quarantining the program. Within Windows Defender, you can restore the program and allow it to function again.

To allow LABEL MATRIX to function again, select "Allow on device" and then click Start Actions. Verify prior to allowing the program to run that within the details, it displays information related to LABEL MATRIX 2018 (see second screenshot)
