Lost or Stolen USB/HASP Key
If your TEKLYNX USB/HASP hardware key has been lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced under the existing license. A new USB/HASP key must be purchased through an authorized TEKLYNX reseller.
1. Contact your TEKLYNX reseller to purchase a replacement USB/HASP key.
2. If you do not know who your reseller is, contact TEKLYNX Customer Support for assistance locating an authorized reseller. Customer Support phone: 414-837-4800.
