When Printed field will need to be created in order to use as a Key Field. A more in depth walk through on adding When Printed fields can be found here

1. Go to Data Sources > When Printed and then select Add.

NOTE: This can also be done if the Data Sources window is open on the right hand side by highlighting When Printed, right click and select Add.

                                      

Once the When Printed field has been created a Table Lookup will then need to be created. A more in depth walk through on adding a Table Lookup can be found here

2. To begin creating a Table Lookup, go to Data Sources > Table Lookup and then select Add.

NOTE: This can also be done if the Data Sources window is open on the right hand side by highlighting Table Lookup, right click and select Add.

                                         

3. Go to Data Source, select Table Lookup, select the name of the field created and choose Place.

NOTE: This can also be done if the Data Sources window is open on the right hand side by highlighting Table Lookup field name, right click and select Place.

                                           

4. Select the field once it is placed on the label and right click, select Properties.

NOTE: This can also be done from the Data Source window on the right hand side. Highlight the name of the Table Lookup, right click and select Properties.

                                  

5. Go to the Data Formatting tab.
 
6. Change the Relevant Records as needed.
 
7. Once changed, click OK.

This field is now ready to pull more multiple relevant records from the database based on the table lookup field it has been applied to.
