For this example Windows 10 Enterprise is being used . The steps may be different depending on the operating system of the workstation.
1. In the lower left hand corner of the screen click on the Windows Icon or Start button. Then select the Settings cogwheel.

2. Select Display from the System list.
3. Scroll down until you find the Scale and Layout section. The Change the size of text, apps, and other items is what needs to be changed.
4. Click on the drop down list arrow. Depending on the workstation, screen size and machine itself a different percentage may be recommended. If having issue select 100%.
5. Once the Scale and Layout percentage has been changed to the desired option, close the Display window and try to activate the license again.
