How can I rotate the way I see the label on screen in LABELVIEW/CODESOFT?

This can be accomplished one of two ways.

Choose View and select Orientation. Choose the desired rotation for the view of the label. The orientation with the check mark is what is currently selected.

Right underneath where the two rulers meet, there is a small page icon. This is the Rotate View button. The button will rotate the design by 90 degrees each time it is clicked.

NOTE: This will only effect the way the View of the label in the label design software, this will not change the orientation for how the label prints out.
