In the activation wizard, click Back and select that you do not have an SMA Account. This question is actually asking if you have an account in the SMA Center. If you have not created an account in the SMA Center, the activation wizard will ask you to accept the validation of the SMA and will then use your registration information to automatically create and register your SMA account in the SMA Center.
