The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable is required for TEKLYNX software to communicate with Microsoft products such as Excel and Access. This component is included with the LABELVIEW and CODESOFT installation packages.
If the driver is missing or needs to be reinstalled, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to the folder containing your LABELVIEW or CODESOFT installation file.
When the installer is launched (for example, CODESOFT20250000Web), it extracts files to a folder named using the product abbreviation and version (e.g., CS2025).
2. Open the extracted LABELVIEW or CODESOFT folder.
If the folder is not present, run the installer again and click Install to extract the files. When prompted by Windows, click No to exit after extraction.
3. Open the SetupPrerequisites folder.
4. Open the folder named: {A3AD10F4-2330-4D1B-9C22-ECDFE3E341AE}
5. Right-click AccessDatabaseEngine and select Run as administrator.
6. Follow the Setup Wizard to complete the installation.
7. Once the setup completes successfully, click OK.
