The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable is the driver that allows TEKLYNX software to communicate with Microsoft products like Excel and Access, and it is included in the LABELVIEW and CODESOFT installation package. If this driver is missing, you can reinstall it following the steps below.

1. Navigate to the the directory that contains the LABELVIEW or CODESOFT Installation File.

When the installation is initially run (CODESOFT20220003Web in the screenshot below), it extracts files to a folder with the following naming convention: An abbreviation of the TEKLYNX software name plus the software version (CS2022 below).

2. Double-click to open the LABELVIEW or CODESOFT file folder. 

If you are missing this folder, run the installation again, click Install to extract the files, and then click No when Windows asks if you want to allow the program to make changes to your device. This will exit the installation.

 

3. Open the SetupPrerequisites folder. 

 

4. Open the {A3AD10F4-2330-4D1B-9C22-ECDFE3E341AE} folder.

5. Right-click AccessDatabaseEngine and select Run as administrator. 

6. Proceed through the Setup Wizard.

7. Once the Setup has completed successfully, click OK.
