The most recent documents can be found in the File menu. The steps to clear/modify this are below.
LABELVIEW/CODESOFT
1. Go to Tools > Configuration.
2. Click on the Others tab.
3. The most recently used documents can be modified under the Recently used files. It can be set for 0 or up to 16.
4. In order to clear the most recently used documents out, set the Recently used files to 0. Click OK.
Close and reopen the LABELVIEW/CODESOFT. Follow the steps again and set the Recently used files for the new number of files to hold. This will clear the existing recent files and then allow for new files to be added.
LABEL MATRIX
1. Go to Tools > Setup.
2. Click on the Preferences tab.
3. Modify the number of Max recently used files. Click OK.
4. In order to clear the most recently used documents out, set the Max recently used files to 0. Click OK.
Close and reopen the LABEL MATRIX. Follow the steps again and set the Max recently used files for the new number of files to hold. This will clear the existing recent files and then allow for the new files to be added.
