If one or more blank labels are printing between correct labels or the printing is slowly getting higher/lower on the label:
Press the Feed button on your printer.
If more than one label feeds when pressing Feed button on hardware, or if the label is not lining up in the correct position to print on, please contact the printer manufacturer for assistance on recalibrating the sensor for your printer.
*Note
Only one label should feed out of the printer up to the tear bar when you press the Feed button. If printer is incapable of feeding correctly, a recalibration or a reset to factory default may correct this problem.
- Sensors on printers can get dirty and can cause gaps to be missed. Also, printing over time with different configurations could change the internal hardware settings of the printer.
