LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, and CODESOFT version 2014 and older are untested and unsupported on Windows® 10. LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, and CODESOFT 2015 and older are untested and unsupported on Windows® Server 2016, 2019. Get version 2019 before you update your operating system to remove the risk of production downtime.
If you hold a TEKLYNX Subscription License or have an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), you are entitled to a no-cost TEKLYNX upgrade! If that is the case, before you update your Windows® operating system, you can first update your LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, or CODESOFT software to version 2019 for free! We recommend upgrading your labeling software first to remove the risk of production downtime.
