Yes! One of the main benefits of the Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is the ability to upgrade at no cost. This means at any time a newer version of software is released, you are entitled to an upgrade. It does not matter how many times you have upgraded in the past. This is something TEKLYNX highly encourages. However, TEKLYNX does not force updates as we understand every environment is different and not able to upgrade as easily.
