1. Launch the License Service Controller.
*Version 2019 and below
*Version 2021 and up
2a. For version 2019 and below, Click the stop button to stop the service. When the service stops a small blue wrench button will appear. Click to open.
2b. For version 2021 and up, ensure the services are running. If they aren't, click the start button, and a small gears setting button will appear. Click to open.
3. Modify the path to the desired location for the new TkDongle folder. Alternatively, click the Browse button to browse to the location of the new TkDongle folder, and then click OK.
4. Click OK again to set the new path location.
5a. For version 2019 and below, click the Start button to start the License Service again.
5b. For version 2021 and up, the services should still be running.
Note: When creating a new location for the TkDongle folder, the specific name of TkDongle must be retained. This case-specific name is required for the software to operate properly.
