The Direct Access check box, if enabled, will send all print jobs directly to the USB connected printer. If you clear the Direct Access check box, the print jobs being sent from LABELVIEW/CODESOFT will go through the Windows Print Spooler. Spooling the print job will allow for Windows to send the data to the printer, this can increase print speed and allow for better performance.
NOTE: Printers connected to the machine through USB automatically send data directly to the printer when Direct Access is checked. You can manually disable this option by clearing this check box.
