Current versions of the software (since version 8.6) all run on the same platform, which means that multiple versions cannot coexist on the same computer. If you wish to install the current version, the older version must first be removed/uninstalled. This can be done through the Control Panel.
If installation of the newer version is attempted without removing the older version first, the software will warn that the previous version will be uninstalled and deactivated. We strongly recommend deactivating the software through license manager and uninstalling the previous version through the Control Panel before installing the latest version of software.
