How do I order variables in the When Printed form in LABELVIEW and CODESOFT?

1. With the label open that has the When Printed fields on it, go to View > Mode and select Form. This can also be done by clicking on the Form icon.

2. Once the form is open with the When Printed fields, right click any where on the form and select Start TAB ordering.

3. Click on the blue boxes on the right hand side in the order you want them to appear.

NOTE: The boxes will turn from blue to green once clicked on.

Once the last field has been selected, the order will re-sort according to the order entered.
