This error message usually occurs when the entire installation file was not downloaded before the installation begins. This can be caused by choosing to Run the download instead of Save. In other cases, the download encounters issues and thus does not download the complete installation file. The installation file can be downloaded again to the workstation and instead of Run, select Save, also make sure the download is not interrupted. Another recommendation is to download the software again from a different computer. The downloaded file can then be copied or moved to the original computer.
