1. Click on File and select the Import Other Format.
2. In the Files of type box select from the options in the drop-down list.
3. In the Look in box, browse to the location of the file.
4. Select the file to open and Click Open.
Note: During this process, for some printer files you may be prompted for additional information, such as label size, before the conversion takes place. This is because some printer formats do not include all the label design information. If the prompts appear, enter the appropriate data.
5. The file will open and convert to the LABEL MATRIX software file format, .QDF.
6. Click File and select Save As from the list. The file will now be saved as .QDF file.
